A Polícia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Polícia de Bom Retiro, deflagrou, na tarde desta quarta-feira, 28/08/2024, no município de Bom Retiro, operação policial e realizou a prisão de uma mulher acusada de filmar o abuso sexual de sua filha, uma criança, por seu companheiro.
A ação policial ocorreu após o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreensão e de prisão temporária, emitidos pela justiça de Santa Catarina, através do Fórum da comarca de Bom Retiro. As investigações revelaram que, após suspeitas e denúncias, a mãe da vítima foi identificada como coautora e responsável por registrar em vídeo os abusos perpetrados pelo padrasto contra a sua filha menor de idade.
O material foi descoberto durante a investigação, e a mulher esta sendo investigada não apenas de omissão, mas também de participação ativa, enquanto filmava os crimes cometidos contra a própria filha. Após a prisão, a suspeita foi conduzida à Delegacia de Polícia para prestar depoimento e, posteriormente, foi encaminhada ao Presídio de Lages, onde permanece à disposição da justiça.
A Polícia Civil reforça seu compromisso com a proteção dos direitos das vítimas e a luta contra a violência, destacando que o trabalho investigativo e a ação rápida são essenciais para garantir a justiça e a segurança da sociedade.
